Payless 4 Plumbing

Spoke to the owner, Alex, on Thursday & my whole rough in plumbing was done by Monday. He was referred to me by a contractor I know. He sent two guys (Marcus & Mikey) who were so nice & professional. They explained every aspect of the job & measured many times and confirmed things BEFORE drilling holes or setting things in place. They spoke to me & my wife to make sure everyone was on the same page. Payless 4 Plumbing also came on a Saturday to get the job done & make sure it fit around our schedule. Alex also sent other guys to get the job done. What mattered most was getting the job done right. Alex & Payless 4 plumbing take pride in the work as I take pride in my home. I appreciate the professionalism & the attention to detail. At first the price seemed high, but after I saw the level of detail & how meticulous the job was, I felt I got tremendous value. I would recommend them to my mom. They are called Payless because when the job is done right, you end up paying less 100%… Overall, solid plumbers & you will feel comfortable when choosing them.

Got home from vacation and had a pipe leak in the wall. I called and immediately got a super friendly and helpful young lady. The response time was fast and the two guys sent to my house for the job Ralph and Elmer assessed it gave me a quote and fixed the problem. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will use them again.

I've never had to use any other plumber other than my brother-in-law but he had retired so I needed to find a new company. On my brother-in-laws recommendation I called Payless 4 Plumbing. They came out the next day and Will diagnosed the problem, gave me pricing and scheduled a tech to come out the next day. Mike Lomeli came out with Rafael and they both got to work. We had a number of things that had to be repaired and I was pleased with the way they got the work done. Mike was very accommodating and answered any questions we had even though he was busy. They had to cut into our walls to get to the leak but when they were done their drywall people came and repaired the walls. You could not tell they had cut into the wall. They patched it up so well. Mike installed a new tub faucet for us and did an amazing job. Again, had to cut the wall and he installed an access panel for future accessibility. They also installed a water system for us and we are pleased with how much better our water is. Overall, Mike and his crew did a great job! They cleaned up everything and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and a special thanks to Mike for a job well done 👍. I have found my new plumbing company!

Garet and Nathan came through today and did an amazing job with installing my sink lines to the main water lines. They were savey, quick and efficient with recognition of what the problem was and the options I had. Overall PHENOMENAL experience. Definitely be calling again for any future repairs.

Called this place several months ago. Took all of my information and said a would be in contact shortly. This was on a Friday. Monday I called again and was told again my information was in the system and would get a call. To date haven't received a call. Called another company and got same day service. Won't ever call them again.

So happy I was referred to Payless 4 Plumbing. Customer service is great, friendly & professional. Mike L. came out and was great. He was very helpful, informative, professional. The pricing was much better than another company. At Payless 4 plumbing they really tried to help as much as possible. The work was very quick. I highly recommend them.

My hot water heater went out Mike at Payless plumbing to care of my problem right away,he has done jobs at my house before love his work and he personally.

Excellent and professional service. I was given an arrival time, and the technician Rafael came within the time window. Rafael was polite and professional, clearly explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. He completed the work In a half a hour. I was very satisfied with the results.
